His ground-breaking work has impacted the cocktail industry globally having co-founded Fluid Movement and seven award-winning bars across London & Sydney (Purl, Worship Street Whistling Shop, Dach & Sons, Talented Mr Fox & Peg + Patriot, Scout and Re). A trailblazer who’s pivoted his focus to sustainability he challenges the status quo and is a true innovator within the bar community.

Bio: A rising star in the UK bar scene, Matt has just won Diageo World Class UK, and placed 2nd in the world finals. With an eye on simplicity, Matts style delivers incredible flavours in a modern and considered way.
